The IP Federation supports homeworking in appropriate circumstances, either occasionally (to respond to specific circumstances or particular tasks) or on a regular (full or part-time) basis.

The purpose of this policy is to set out how we will deal with requests for homeworking, and conditions on which homeworking is allowed. If you are permitted to work from home, you must comply with this policy.
