Consultation on the LSB's approach to reviewing the performance of the legal services regulators

13 September 2017

The IP Federation has submitted a response to the consultation on the revised Regulatory Performance Assessment Framework. The closing date for receipt of views is 25 September 2017.

We recommend that that the LSB should contact representative organisations (including the IP Federation) every six months or so and ask for an assessment of the quality of engagement with the relevant regulator.
