The IP Federation has written to the UK IPO (Intellectual Property Office) confirming its position of on the following:

 
1.    Criminal Sanctions for Registered Design Infringement (Clause 13, IP Bill)
2.    Appointed Persons at Appeal for Registered Designs (Clause 10, IP Bill)
3.    Unregistered Design Right (UDR) qualification – CDPA SS. 217 to 221
4.    Unregistered Design Right (UDR) – functional designs
