Consultation on potential EU–US trade agreement

The IP Federation has submitted a response to the consultation on a potential EU–US trade agreement closing 27 September 2012 .
The IP Federation hopes that attention will be given to address the issues discussed, namely:
- compulsory licences;
- publication at 18 months; and
- patent litigation.
