Observations on Court of Justice cases

08 February 2012

The President of the IP Federation has written to the Head of EC Litigation at the Treasury Solicitor’s Department, seeking clarification of the procedure for notification from the Court of Justice about cases pending before it, and asking whether it might be possible:

  1. to provide more time to allow bodies such as us to participate fully; and
  2. to broaden the field of intellectual property law in which views are sought.
