Development of a PCT third party observations system

The IP Federation has submitted a response to WIPO proposals as to the details of how the International Bureau intends to implement a Third Party Observation System system under the PCT. We welcome this development, but are concerned that the 28 month deadline leaves little opportunity for applicants to react in the international phase
